Shipping Policy

Overview

Your 432 Higher Zen Full Frequency Collection is fulfilled through seven monthly shipments, each forming a distinct and integral part of your Ritual. This Shipping Policy sets out how and when your blends will be delivered.


Dispatch Schedule

  • First shipment: dispatched for delivery on or around 1 August 2026 for founding members. Customers purchasing after the initial launch will receive their first shipment at the next available dispatch date following their order, confirmed by email.

  • Subsequent shipments: dispatched approximately every 30 days

  • Total shipments: 7. Founding members complete their Ritual in February 2027. Customers joining after launch will complete their 7th shipment approximately 7 months from their first dispatch date.

Dispatch dates may vary slightly due to weekends, bank holidays, or operational factors. We aim to maintain a consistent monthly rhythm and will notify you by email of any significant delay.


Delivery Options and Cost

Standard Delivery - Included

All Full Frequency Collection orders include Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery at no additional cost. Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery - Optional Upgrade

You may upgrade to DPD Next Day Delivery at checkout for an additional 5.75 GBP. This charge applies per shipment if selected and must be chosen before each dispatch date.


Tracking

Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification by email. Please ensure the email address on your order is correct and check your spam folder if you do not receive this.


Delivery Address

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate and up to date throughout your Ritual.

  • Address changes must be submitted at least 5 days before your next scheduled dispatch date

  • Changes requested after this deadline may not be applied until the following shipment

  • We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by you

To update your address, please email hello@432higherzen.com with your order number and updated delivery details as soon as possible.


Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • Please follow the courier instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local Post Office or depot

  • We are not responsible for parcels that are not collected, refused, or returned due to failed delivery attempts

  • Re-shipping of returned parcels may incur an additional delivery charge


Shipping Region

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We are unable to redirect shipments internationally.

If you relocate outside of the UK during your Ritual, you may:

  • Update your delivery to an alternative UK-based address

  • Nominate a UK-based friend or family member to receive remaining shipments on your behalf

Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.


Delays

While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier disruption, adverse weather, or postal peak periods. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once a parcel has been dispatched, but we will assist you in tracing any shipment where possible.


Your Ritual Delivery Structure - Important

By purchasing the Full Frequency Collection, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a 7-month Ritual fulfilled through monthly deliveries

  • Dispatch dates are scheduled in advance and form part of your Ritual structure

  • Missed, delayed, or uncollected deliveries on your part do not alter the delivery schedule

  • We are not able to hold or delay a shipment on request once dispatch has been scheduled, except in the exceptional circumstances described in our Terms and Conditions.
