She's ridden on the back of Royal Carriages and poured tea for the Queen, coordinated Presidential meetings in West Africa and managed the lives of high-profile individuals around the world. For years, her world was precision, discretion and the art of making extraordinary feel effortless.

Then Charlie started asking a different question.
Feeling a different kind of frequency.

A Personal Note from the Founder

“432 Higher Zen is built from a deep belief that wellbeing is not just what we consume but what we feel.

I kept having these moments - in sound baths, on dance floors, at the top of mountains - where everything dropped away and I just felt it.

And I thought: why is this only available in moments?

So I created a sensory journey centred around integrating a daily dose of magic into your ordinary. A space to reset and rise.

‎I believe we're here to create, to connect, to break free from whatever is keeping us small (and have an absolutely joyful time doing it).

This brand is my love letter to frequency. To the version of you that already knows how good life can feel.
