1. About Us and These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of the 432 Higher Zen Full Frequency Collection from 432 Higher Zen Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By placing an order on our website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not place an order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase shall apply to your order.

2. The Full Frequency Collection - What You Are Purchasing

The 432 Higher Zen Full Frequency Collection is a pre-paid, fixed-duration experience comprising seven monthly shipments, each containing a unique wellness supplement blend aligned to a different chakra - chosen specifically for that season - paired with a frequency-based guided meditation practice, accessible via QR code printed on the product packaging.

Key features of your Ritual:

Duration: 7 months from the date of your first shipment. For founding members, this runs from August 2026 to February 2027. Customers joining after the initial launch will commence from their first shipment date and complete 7 months thereafter.
One shipment dispatched per calendar month, each containing a distinct blend
Guided meditation practice accessible by scanning the QR code on product packaging
The Full Frequency Collection is purchased upfront as a single pre-paid commitment
This is not a rolling subscription - payments are not recurring

By purchasing, you understand that you are securing one of a limited number of founding spaces in the Full Frequency Collection. The structure of your Ritual is integral to the product and cannot be altered once it has commenced.

3. Pre-Order and Payment

Orders are accepted on a pre-order basis ahead of the August 2026 launch. The following payment terms apply:

The full price of 280 GBP is charged in full at the time of order
No deposit or instalment options are currently available
All prices are listed and charged in GBP and are inclusive of standard UK Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery
Your purchase price is fixed at the time of order

As this is a pre-order, your payment secures your founding space and confirms your commitment to the Full Frequency Collection. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing, as your statutory cancellation rights are set out in Section 4 below.

4. Your Right to Cancel - Pre-Order Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided that your first shipment has not yet been dispatched.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires by emailing hello@432higherzen.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.

If you cancel within this period, we will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Important: Once your first shipment has been dispatched, your Ritual is considered to have commenced and your statutory cancellation right under the Regulations no longer applies. Where dispatch is scheduled to fall within your 14-day cancellation window, we may ask you to expressly consent to your Ritual commencing before that period expires. By doing so, you acknowledge that your right to cancel will not apply to any dispatched shipments.

5. Refunds and Returns After Your Ritual Has Commenced

Once your Ritual has commenced (i.e. your first shipment has been dispatched), the following policy applies:

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on supplement blends that have been opened or used
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date of that shipment, at your cost, in their original sealed condition. A refund for that individual shipment only will be issued upon receipt and inspection

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If any shipment arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@432higherzen.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution promptly.

7. Dispatch and Delivery Schedule

Full delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. In summary:

First shipment: dispatched for delivery on or around 1 August 2026 for founding members. Customers purchasing after the initial launch will receive their first shipment at the next available dispatch date following their order, which will be confirmed by email.
Subsequent shipments: dispatched monthly, approximately every 30 days
Total shipments: 7. Founding members will complete their Ritual in February 2027. Customers joining after launch will complete their 7th shipment approximately 7 months from their first dispatch date.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48 Tracked and is included in the price
An upgraded DPD Next Day Delivery option is available at checkout for an additional 5.75 GBP per shipment

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you relocate outside the UK during your Ritual, we are unable to redirect shipments internationally. In this situation you may update your delivery to a UK-based address or nominate a UK-based recipient for remaining shipments.

8. Delivery Address

You are solely responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate and kept up to date throughout your Ritual. Address changes must be submitted at least 5 days before your next scheduled dispatch date by emailing hello@432higherzen.com. We are not liable for deliveries made to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that personal circumstances can change. In rare situations such as serious illness or bereavement, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one or more of the following:

Transfer of remaining shipments to a nominated UK-based recipient
A pause in shipments, subject to operational feasibility
An alternative resolution considered on a case-by-case basis

10. Product Disclaimer and Health Information

Our blends are food supplements intended to support general wellbeing as part of a balanced lifestyle. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you:

Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have a pre-existing medical condition
Are taking any prescription or over-the-counter medication
Are under the age of 18

Individual results will vary. The effectiveness of your Ritual is influenced by consistency, lifestyle, and individual physiology. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

Regulatory notice: Our supplement blends are in the process of being assessed for full compliance with applicable UK food safety regulations, including where relevant the Novel Food Regulations 2021. We will not dispatch any blend until it has received the required regulatory clearance. If a blend must be delayed or reformulated for compliance reasons, we will notify you and, if a blend cannot be supplied, offer a pro-rata refund for that shipment only.

11. Digital Content - Guided Practices

Each shipment includes access to a bespoke guided meditation practice via QR code on the product packaging. This digital content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, share, or distribute this content without our prior written consent
We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain availability of digital content throughout your Ritual but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
Access to digital content does not form a separate contract and will cease at the conclusion of your Ritual

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, formulations, blend compositions, guided practice recordings, QR code materials, and other materials associated with 432 Higher Zen are the intellectual property of 432 Higher Zen Ltd and are protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence beyond personal use of your purchased Full Frequency Collection.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Full Frequency Collection (280 GBP)
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or loss of data
We are not liable for outcomes resulting from personal use of the blends, failure to follow usage guidance, or failure to seek appropriate medical advice

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under English law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

14. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, published on our website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 432 Higher Zen Ltd in relation to your purchase of the Full Frequency Collection.
